I’m a traffic officer for a police dept in Southern California.  I would like to show the human side of police work through stories from the calls I’ve been involved in and handled.

I have been with my department for 20 years and have over 15 years as a collision investigator. In that time I’ve handled over 6,000 collisions. My blog posts are my opinions alone.

These stories are for entertainment purposes and are not police reports. Depending on the call, the dialogue might have been adjusted to help the story move along and flow better. The meaning of what was said still reflects how the story happened.

My goal is to one day write a book and get it published.

  1. As a fellow striving book writer, I think writing a blog is a great start and incentive. Thank you for your follow, I look forward to reading though your posts. I really enjoyed the Green Mist post, and have to admit a bit of jealousy as I have no local legends or mysteries to talk about or investigate. With your years of experience as an officer I bet you have many tales you could tell. :o)

    • Thank you. I’m glad you liked the Green Mist post. It’s been the most popular one to date.

Yes, this job has given me many tales to pass on. I wish I had started writing sooner. There are so many I’ve forgotten.
